Removing myself from a group

I do love this blog. Found a great Blog that explains Social Media Services for example, 'How to remove yourself from a group.' Have discovered Facebook likes you to hover over things until icons appear. Sadly, I am not very patient and prefer coloured buttons to alert me to these things rather than lots of adverts for weight loss in easy secret or 70% dresses that just won't last. Facebook you are just a necessessity for me.
